Job Description

:
Onboarding:

  • Facilitate end-to-end onboarding processes for new hires, including
documentation, background checks, and pre-joining formalities.
  • Careful consideration to documentation and accuracy of information by new hires.
  • Ensuring Agreement and appointment letters of Clinicians and Employees
respectively.
Compliance and Documentation:
  • Ensure timely collection, verification, and storage of all required employee
documentation (e.g., contracts, ID proofs, compliance forms).
  • Maintain compliance with labor laws, company standards, and data protection
policies.
System Administration:
  • Manage employee data in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
  • Generate onboarding reports and analyze data inputs.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
  • Partner with TA / recruitment HR, IT, facilities, and other departments to ensure a
smooth transition for new hires.
  • Act as a point of contact for onboarding queries and resolve any issues promptly.
Process Optimization:
  • Understand and work on side process of onboarding like file completion / visiting
& ID cards / and other related joining tasks etc.
  • Stay updated on best practices and industry trends to keep onboarding processes competitive.
  • Maintain and timely update all the trackers to monitor various filing compliances
(including Credentialing, privileging, indemnity, BGV, Contracts of Clinicians
etc.)
