Job Description

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and facilitate the recruitment and selection process in line with Management.

? Conducted full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding, Induction processed the acquisition of top talent to meet organizational needs.

? Ensure to closure of junior level to senior level positions within the assigned TAT.

? Coordinate and conduct onboarding processes for new and ensure to provide the joining Kit (Official asset, Id Cards etc.).

? Implement and communicate changes in policies as needed

? Address employee queries and concerns, fostering a positive work environment.

? Handled employee Grievance and other related issues.

? Collaborate with Branch heads and understand their need with HR Team.

? Ensure to closure the requirement at branches level and timely resolutions to their queries.

? Identify areas for improvement and recommend training initiatives in line with the respective authorities and initiate frequent branch visit to build heathy environment.

? Support career development and succession planning across PAN India team.

? Ensure to maintain and update HR databases with accurate employee information process regular internal audits for cross checking.

? Generate reports on key HR metrics for management review.

? Provide Various reports to Management on different areas e.g. Payroll, Statuary Compliance, Attrition, HR Audit and other related topics.

? Collaborate with other departments to address HR-related needs.

? Work closely with operations teams to understand workforce requirements.

? Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations as per the State and central Govt.

? Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in Hard & Soft copies.

? Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory authorities on PF/ESIC/LWF/PT etc.

? Ensure to provide relevant data base to auditors for smooth transition.

? Lead the HR Audit initiated by Internal & External auditors on quarterly or yearly basis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?360,000.00 - ?420,000.00 per year
