Job Description

Role & responsibilities:



Ensure compliance with the IR, Factories Act, Labor Laws, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements. (MUST HAVE) Maintain all statutory records and coordinate with external auditors/inspectors. Manage contract labor compliances and vendor documentation. Ensure proper retention of records as per legal requirements. Manage end-to-end PF and ESI processes. Filing of monthly returns, challans, and UAN/KYC updates. Address employee queries regarding PF/ESI benefits. Verify labor licenses, registers, wage sheets, and monthly compliance reports from contractors. Keep updated records of licenses, renewals, and statutory permissions. Handle labor department inspections, factory compliance audits, and third-party audits. Support HR policies related to compliance, ethics, workplace norms, and employee welfare. Ensure adherence to company SOPs and legal guidelines at all locations/factories.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
