Job Description


Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders and managers, providing HR guidance and support on various human resources matters Develop and implement HR strategies, programs, and initiatives aligned with business objectives and organizational culture Collaborate with business leaders to understand their workforce needs and develop workforce planning strategies Provide guidance and support in talent acquisition and recruitment activities, including job analysis, job descriptions, candidate assessment, and selection Actively participate in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the organization Develop and implement performance management programs, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans Support employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work culture Provide guidance and support in employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling Collaborate with managers to identify and address employee development needs and implement training and development programs Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and provide insights to business leaders for informed decision-making Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies and procedures Stay updated with HR best practices, trends, and changes in labor laws, and provide recommendations for improvements and enhancements to HR programs and policies Support change management initiatives and participate in organizational development activities Maintain accurate HR records and documentation Requirements Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Proven experience (X+ years) as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role, with a focus on partnering with business leaders Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and employee development Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven recommendations Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and integrity Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive change Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office applications HR certification (eg, PHR, SPHR) is a plus
