Key Responsibilities
Payroll & HR Operations
Process payroll for 60+ employees accurately and on time
Maintain employee records and ensure timely updates in HR systems
Manage attendance, leave, and time-off tracking
Recruitment & Onboarding
Assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
Facilitate smooth onboarding of new hires
Maintain hiring trackers and ensure documentation compliance
Employee Engagement & Communication
Plan and support internal events, engagement activities, and celebrations
Handle employee queries and grievance redressal
Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture
Compliance & Documentation
Support statutory compliance and audits
Manage employee database and HR documentation
Ensure confidentiality and integrity of HR data
HR Coordination
Liaise with Budget Heads and cross-functional teams for HR support
Coordinate with external vendors (if applicable)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 365 days
Pay: ?350,000.00 - ?550,000.00 per year
