Role Overview

Olive Plus Twist Avenues is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage recruitment operations within the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in hotel industry hiring, ensuring the right talent is sourced, selected, and onboarded to support our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for hotel staff across departments (front office, housekeeping, F&B, kitchen, and management).

- Develop and execute recruitment strategies tailored to hospitality industry needs.

- Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to secure quality hires.

- Partner with department heads to forecast staffing requirements and workforce planning.

- Build and maintain candidate pipelines and industry networks.

- Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and organizational standards.

- Oversee onboarding and induction programs for new employees.

- Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring metrics.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Female candidate with 5+ years of proven experience in hotel industry recruitment.

- Strong knowledge of hospitality roles and industry-specific requirements.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to manage multiple recruitment drives simultaneously.

- Proficiency in HR software, applicant tracking systems, and MS Office.

- Professional, discreet, and highly organized.
