:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure timely closure of positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates.
Ensure a smooth and structured onboarding process for new hires by preparing and issuing appointment letters and joining documents, and maintaining HR records and employee master data.
Manage employee exit processes, including full and final settlements, exit formalities, and conducting exit interviews.
Maintain attendance registers and time office systems; validate and reconcile monthly leave and attendance reports.
Update and manage on-duty records, permissions, and shift schedules, and ensure timely preparation and processing of monthly payroll.
Address employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary matters effectively and professionally.
Ensure timely deposit, filing, and compliance of PF, ESI, and other statutory contributions.
Prepare and submit half-yearly and annual statutory returns; manage renewals and compliance for statutory forms such as DISH and other corporate statutory requirements.
Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational objectives.
Ensure all HR practices comply with applicable labor laws and statutory requirements.
Requirements:

Qualification - MSW HR / MBA HR
Experience - 5+years
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
