Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

Handle full-cycle recruitment for all levels (clinical, paramedical, and non-clinical roles) Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, social media, referrals, consultancies, and campus hiring Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers for technical rounds Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for critical roles.

Manpower Planning

Work with department heads to understand short-term and long-term hiring needs Maintain an updated manpower status report and track open positions Participate in quarterly and annual workforce planning meetings

Key Skills & Competencies

:

Strong knowledge of recruitment practices specific to the healthcare/hospital sector Familiarity with hiring for clinical roles (doctors, nurses, technicians) and non-clinical roles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines Proficient in MS Office and recruitment software (ATS)

Qualifications & Experience

:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources / Business Administration

1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the healthcare or hospital industry
