Job Description




Talent Acquisition:

Responsible for recruitment of M Staff with in the prescribe SLA by following the complete recruitment Process To save recruitment cost by recruiting through Job Portal & Employee Reference

Induction:

To induct new joiners in Wada plant by planning the structural induction program
PMS:

Play important role in facilitating employees in setting their KRAs at the beginning of the financial year Facilitate employees in completing their md-term / annual review within the specified time lines To drive Reward and Recognition program and also table the new innovative ideas to recognize employees

L&D

Facilitate management in identifying technical & Non-technical Training needs for M Staff & Operators Arrangement various training programs for M Staff & Operators as per the training need Ensure each employee attend minimum number of Mandays as per SLAs i.e. M Staff -5 Mandays & Operators - 2.5 Mandays Evaluate the effectiveness of Training Program and take corrective actions

Employee Engagement:

To drive employee engagement initiatives at plant for all the employees Always come up with new innovative ideas for Employee Engagement Take feedback on employee engagement initiatives and take corrective action

MIS:

To prepare monthly HR MIS to be shared with Mfg HR Head To prepare monthly MRM ppt in consultation with Plant HR To prepare various analysis / ppt required by Plant Head/ HR/ Mfg Head

Industrial Relation:

To handle employee grievances with respect to employee Portal, Kaizen Portal, Mediclaim Reimbursement etc To participate in LTS discussion with Permanent Operators & Contract Employees To coordinate with various local authorities for seeking permissions / approval

Statutory Compliance

To manage ITI & NETAP registration process in with respect to recruitment of Apprentice / NETAP To monitor statutory compliance of Contract Labour To ensure all statutory licenses are renewed within required timelines.
