Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with business goals. Lead manpower planning, recruitment, and leadership hiring. Ensure smooth onboarding, employee experience, and retention strategies. Oversee PMS, goal setting, appraisals, and performance improvement. Drive training, leadership development, and capability-building initiatives. Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and engagement activities. Oversee payroll, compensation & benefits, statutory compliance, and HR audits.

Attendance management and leave administration.

Compliance management, ensuring adherence to all labour laws and company policies.

Lead and mentor the HR team for efficient HR service delivery. Handle exit process, attrition control, and full & final settlement.

Minimum 5+ years of relevant HR experience is required.


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
