Requirements:

Should have hand on experience dealing with blue collar and white collar employees. Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field. 1 to 1.5 years of experience in HR operations. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
