1) Handling of statutory compliance & procedures
2) Attendance monitoring
3) Taking responsibilities of Company Accommodation & Canteen facilities
4) Support HRM in the Payroll process
5) Conduct exit interviews to understand the reason for termination
7) Manage workplace safety issues and complaints
8) Measure and understand employee retention and turnover rates
9) Maintain HR procedures that comply with labour laws and regulations
10) Monitor and keep track of HR metrics, for example, turnover rates and cost-per-hire
11) Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process
