Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment.
Maintain and update HR policies, employee records, and HRIS.
Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and statutory compliances (PF, ESI, etc.).
Support performance management process
Manage employee engagement activities, grievances, and disciplinary procedures.
Coordinate training & development programs and maintain training records.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
Prepare HR reports, MIS, and dashboards for management review.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Post Graduate in HR / MBA (HR)
