Job Title/Designation: Senior Executive - HR

Responsibilities:

Overseeing the recruitment and hiring process, including job postings, applicant screening, interviewing, and selection. Knowledge in job portals, professional networks, social media advertisement is mandatory. Managing employee compensation and benefits. Document performance evaluations, support HR Manager & Department Heads in matters like performance management, and ensure compliance with employment laws, providing feedback and coaching to employees when necessary. Managing employee data and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Manage payroll, statutory compliance in ESI & PF portals. Experience in HRMS like GreytHR or any other software is a added advantage.
