Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviews, and selection.
Coordinate with departmental heads for manpower planning.
Facilitate smooth onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
Payroll & HR Operations
Assist in monthly payroll processing and ensure accuracy of salary inputs (attendance, leave, overtime, deductions, etc.).
Maintain HRMS / employee records and update regularly.
Manage employee letters, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and separations.
Compliance & Policies
Ensure statutory compliance related to EPF, ESI, gratuity, bonus, and other labor laws.
Maintain proper documentation and handle audits/inspections.
Support implementation of HR policies and disciplinary procedures.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
Drive employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives.
Promote positive workplace culture and effective communication.
Training & Development
Identify training needs in coordination with department heads.
Organize training sessions, track participation, and evaluate effectiveness.
Performance Management
Assist in performance appraisal process.
Maintain appraisal records and follow up on action plans.
