Responsible for
- complete recruitment life cycle.
- payroll
- managing all HR Indicators as per NABH requirement.
- training and development
- statutory compliance
- grievance handling
- conducting daily rounds
- all other HR generalist and operational activities.
Desirable:
- Candidates with relevant experience from healthcare industry
- Must hold a masters degree in HR and should possess at least 8-12 years of HR Generalist experience from healthcare industry
- Payroll experience on GreytHR is a plus
- Immediate joiners will be given preference
