Manage day-to-day HR operations including attendance, leave management, and employee records.
Coordinate payroll inputs, salary processing support.
Ensure proper maintenance of employee files and HR documentation
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Handle end-to-end recruitment: manpower planning, JD creation, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers.
Coordinate joining formalities, onboarding, and induction programs.
Liaise with consultants, portals, and internal stakeholders for hiring needs.
Employee Relations & Grievance Handling
Act as first point of contact for employee queries and concerns
Handle grievances professionally with proper documentation and follow-ups
Support management in maintaining a positive and disciplined work culture
Employee Engagement & Culture
Plan and execute employee engagement activities and initiatives
Support training coordination and internal communication
Promote a respectful, professional, and structured workplace environment
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of HR operations and Indian HR practices
Minimum 2 years of experience into every module of HR
Hands-on recruitment and onboarding experience
Good communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills
Ability to handle sensitive issues with confidentiality and maturity
Process-driven, organized, and detail-oriented approach
