: Assist in day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, HR database management, Employee File maintenance and coordinating with other departments HOD to ensure smooth workflow
Onboarding
: Oversee the complete onboarding process for new hires, including documentation, orientation sessions, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring a seamless integration into the company.
Full and Final Settlement (FNF)
: Handle the end-to-end FNF process, calculating & generating Error free Full & Final Statement , coordination with finance department account statement etc, ensure timely sharing & payouts.
Attendance Management
: Maintain and monitor employee attendance records, track leaves, ensure accuracy in timesheets, and address grievances with solutions if any.
Compliance
: Ensure adherence to HR policies and legal requirements as per need across all functions.
Employee Support
: Serve as a point of contact for employee queries/ grievances related to attendance, leaves, onboarding, and FNF.
Reporting
: Prepare regular work reports as per desired by Managers/Management.

Strong knowledge of HR operations
Proficient in MS Office and HRMS tools/software
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Bachelor of Engineering / Technology
