Introducing to Location Employees

Branch Induction-(Facilities, Departments, Disciplines, Attendance, Branch Reporting structure etc)

Issue of JD (Jobs & Descriptions)

Procurement of Facilities (Sitting arrangements, Uniforms, Lockers, Sim, Computers, Safety Kit , etc)

Technical/Nontechnical training-as per SOP

Feedback Collecting & 15days Evaluation

Training/Probation Confirmation

After 3 Months Test Conducting & Evaluation

After 6 Months Test Conducting & Performance Evaluation

Probation Confirmation for 6 months/Training Confirmation for 1 year

Maintaining the individual records in personal file & Softcopy

Time Management

Attending the morning pledge

In time & Out Time with Lunch and Tea Brakes time Tracking

Late Coming & Early Going Tracking

Training and Development

Keeping the Training Calendars

Training Nominations with Tracking

Deputing the nominated employees for training with training letters

SHE Board Committee Selection/organizing

Conducting the Fortnightly Audits-15 days once-As per Check List

Conducting the 10 Critical Parameters Audits monthly once-As per Check List

Conducting the monthly SHE Meeting

Conducting the Quarterly Audit as per checklist

Follow-up and maintaining the SHE records as per tml standard

Monthly report sending to TMl with Division Head

Maintain the Fist Aid Kit and Fire Extinguishers at concern locations

Maintaining the Employee Attrition data

Employees Grievance Handing

Employee Engagement Program

Monthly Employee;s Birthday Program

Conducting the employee engagement programs

Keeping the individual Employees performance records for all employees

Tracking the employees leave & absenteeism Track

Resignation with NOC Follow-up and sending to HR-HQ

Full & Final Settlements Follow-up

Relieving and Experience Letter Follow-up

Conduct the Exit Interview & Tracking with Consolidating

Branch Visit & Statutory Compliance

Monthly Once Branch Visits to allotted locations

Disply of Notice boards

Maintain Statutory Registers, Records as per Factory & Shops & Establishment act

Conducting the monthly Audits with keeping the records & corrective actions

Receiving the compliance & submit the reports to concern departments with intima

Ensure discipline amongst employees in office/workshop/showroom

Half Yearly returns to departments

Yearly returns to department

KSPCB Maintain the waste management

STP/ETP Maintenance-Follow-up

Attending the KSPCB Audits

Handing the KSPCB Officials

Submit the Monthly, Half years & Yearly Returns

Keeping the Records & Follow-up the renewals

Administration Works

House Keeping Maintenance

Printing and Stationary with Housekeeping Items arrangements, tracking and maintenance

Coordinate with Service & Repair of Plumbing, Civil, Carpeting works

Attending the Bascom, BWSSB, BBMP,Police Department, Factory/shops etc officials

Old Records maintenance

Company Vehicles

Maintain the company vehicles records

Renewal of Insurance, Emission, Road tax, Goods Permits etc

Track the each vehicles movement records like, KMS, Fuel Expense etc

Vehicle Service and repair work for FC

Security With Contract Employees

Monitoring of Employees on daily basis

Security Gate records cross checking

Monthly Payment with Benefits cross checking & followup

Scrap Management

Store the scrap items in designated area

Buyers Selection and Quotations

Rate Negotiation

Approval taken from Scrap maintenance Committee
