Employee relations and grievance handling
Payroll input preparation and coordination with finance
HR policy implementation and statutory compliance
Office administration, vendor coordination, and asset management
Administrative documentation and internal coordination
Qualifications & Experience
MBA in Human Resources (Preferred)
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR & Administration (Mandatory)
Knowledge of labor laws and HR operations
Good communication and organizational skills
