Senior Executive - Human Resources & Admin



Key Responsibilities



1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:

Manage the

full-cycle recruitment process

for mid-to-junior level roles, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.

Onboarding and induction programs

to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement:

Serve as the

initial point of contact

for employee queries, concerns, and routine grievances. Implement and support

employee engagement initiatives

(e.g., surveys, team-building events, internal communications).

3. HR Administration & Compliance :

Oversee the accuracy and maintenance of all

employee records

(physical and digital) and the

HRMS. payroll preparation

by providing accurate data on new hires, terminations, leaves, and salary changes. Ensure strict

compliance with all applicable local labor laws,

statutory regulations, and reporting requirements.

4. Compensation & Benefits: compensation benchmarking

and salary review processes.

5. Training & Development:

Identify training needs and coordinate the logistics for

internal and external training programs

.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
