Senior Executive - HR & Accounts (Statutory Compliance & Payroll)

Location:

KPHB, Hyderabad

Salary:

?25,000 - ?35,000 per month

Job Summary:



We are looking for a dynamic and experienced

Senior Executive - HR & Accounts

who can handle

complete statutory compliance, payroll, and accounting functions

independently for a facility management company. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing

PF, ESI, payroll processing, vendor payments, BRS, and financial reporting

.

Key Responsibilities HR & Payroll Responsibilities:



Handle

end-to-end statutory compliance

related to HR and Payroll. Responsible for

PF & ESI registration, generation, and monthly challan uploads

. Prepare and maintain

monthly payroll and pay sheets in Excel

.

Compute and process salary components

-- Basic, HRA, DA, Conveyance, Allowances, and Deductions.

Generate & upload ESI/PF returns

within statutory deadlines. Maintain

attendance, leave records, and salary registers

. Prepare

wage structure and salary breakup

for new joiners. Ensure compliance with

labour laws, Shops & Establishment Act, and other statutory norms

. Assist management in

monthly HR MIS reports and employee documentation

.

Accounts Responsibilities:



Handle

daily accounting entries and voucher maintenance

. Prepare

Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)

. Maintain and verify

Accounts Payable and Receivable reports

.

Reconcile vendor accounts

and process timely payments. Manage

Petty Cash, Journal Entries, and Expense Tracking

. Coordinate with management for

monthly financial summaries

. Ensure proper filing and maintenance of

bills, vouchers, and statutory records

. Work closely with auditors during

internal and external audits

.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Education:

B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance or HR) preferred.

Experience:

5-9 years in both

Accounts & HR statutory compliance

.

Technical Skills:

Strong working knowledge of

PF, ESI, Labour Laws

. Proficiency in

MS Excel

(VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Salary Sheets). Knowledge of

Tally ERP

and

bank reconciliation

.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication, accuracy, and time management. Should be able to

handle both HR and Accounts functions independently

.
