NielsenIQ is seeking a talented, result-oriented person to help build and scale our global clients (G13 & IV25 cohort), enabling our mission to accelerate growth.
The incumbent will drive continuous improvement in the sales funnel, in support of seller efficiency for the global clients.
This incumbent will be responsible for designing and optimizing end-to-end processes that support NIQ sellers with lead generation and opportunity management to reduce the burden on our sellers. The role is highly cross-functional and is responsible for driving transformational activity to enable a modern sales culture. It requires close collaboration with regional NielsenIQ Marketing, Sales, Finance / Billing, Product, and Customer Success, connecting all stages of the sales cycle.
Pre-Sales Support
CRM/Microsoft Dynamics Management
Register active commercial discussions as new opportunities and manage its progress until closure status
Post-Sales Support
Client Management
Contract drafting as per standard template
Estimate drafting and sharing with client for PO generation
Sharing invoice with client
Finance Management
Contract T&C review if required
Follow up on Invoice generation, Revenue Recognition
Exception Approvals: No PO/EOA/Delivery Timeline
Legal Management
Contract T&C review with legal team if required
MSD Management
Upload PO and Follow up for opportunity approval from Rev Team
Upload EOD and submit SAP Change request
Revenue Management
Internal Trackers
DBs stop list check & initiate necessary actions with all stakeholders
Others
Maintain internal trackers to evaluate zonal growth
Utilize Power BI and Revelio to streamline necessary action for revenue recognition
Lead sales play execution and manage weekly win room reviews to improve processes, increase pipeline sufficiency, and generate incremental revenue
Design, document and execute pre-sales and post-sales enablement functions to generate efficiencies that support regional sellers through the sales funnel
Build strong, collaborative relationships with Sales leaders to drive utilization of Sales Enablement resources and ensure alignment of services to Sales goal attainment
Be an advocate and guide on best practice CRM utilization; including assisting with change management and adherence to process in Microsoft Dynamics to fuel accurate sales funnel reporting
Prioritize, coordinate, and manage project tasks to ensure projects are delivered on time.
Support execution of all sales transformation initiatives within the region
