Your Role
As a Good and Green Sr. Executive, you will oversee CSR programs across our thematic areas of water, well-being, value chain, environment, community impact etc for our Godrej Agrovet business. Your responsibilities will include assit with strategy, design, implementation, monitoring and impact assessment of all ongoing and new programs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Program management:
- Ensure yearly outcome and impact targets are met within pre-defined budgets
- Manage relationships with existing partners, and build new relationships across stakeholder groups (government, non-profits, social enterprises, like-minded corporates)
- Strategize, build and roll out new programmes that deliver social impact while aligning with core business capabilities
- Conduct needs assessments, and impact assessments as required
- Ensure all CSR programs are reported on the MIS platform and update relevant dashboards
- Consult with and influence key internal and external stakeholders to gain inputs and buy-in
- Continuously learn from and adapt to changes in the external environment
- Work closely with colleagues across functions to communicate impact and progress
- Build strong monitoring and evaluation frameworks for the program and develop key performance indicators
- Review and oversee all program activities in various locations, measure their performance on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis and document the findings
- Travel regularly to various locations to oversee project implementation, develop professional relationships with the external stakeholders, and support them in showcasing program outcomes to the public.
2. Governance:
- Conduct due diligence as per SOPs
- Ensure complete compliance with CSR rules and stay updated on any changes
- Assist with creating quarterly updates and support with monthly budget controls
3. Reporting:
- Ensure all quarterly and monthly reporting (if any) are submiited within timelines
- Ensure timely submission of compliance documents such as CSR Form 2, Annual data to secretariat team and any other reports as and when required.
Who are we looking for?
Education:
Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in development or similar field
Experience:
4 - 8 years of relevant experience (post-graduation)
Experience with the agricultural sector, including farming, agribusiness, or related industries, is preferred.
Skills:
Demonstrated expertise in designing, implementing and monitoring health; employability/skills development, environment conservation, and rural development programs in India, working with non-profits, government, and other relevant stakeholders
Excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills, with strong spoken and written communication abilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office products
Ability to effectively design and manage large-scale projects across geographies
Collaborative with the ability to work with teams of individuals across levels, functions, and businesses
Self-motivated, reflective, creative thinker with a passion for being at the centre of change
Strong problem-solving skills, agility, and speed
Ability to demonstrate ownership, and work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment as part of a closely-knit team, showcasing patience, tenacity and grace under pressure
