Role Overview:



The FP&A and Business Operations Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting the Founders Office and Operational Leadership in financial planning, MIS management, and data-driven decision-making across multiple business verticals. The role requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and a structured approach to managing performance data, building dashboards, and providing actionable insights for management. Prior experience in the education industry is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop, maintain, and analyze MIS and performance dashboards covering financial,operational, and academic metrics across verticals. Consolidate and validate data from various platforms (Tally, Excel, Power BI, internal trackers) to ensure accuracy and consistency of reporting. Support financial planning processes including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Collaborate with business and operations teams to collect inputs, track progress, and align performance metrics with strategic goals. Act as a maker-checker for operations data and reports; ensure all data presented to leadership meets governance and quality standards. Build and automate Power BI dashboards integrating key KPIs from financial and operational systems. Analyze business trends and generate actionable insights and improvement recommendations for leadership review. Drive regular business review discussions with vertical heads and translate management directives into operational action plans. Support strategy presentations, board reports, and data-backed documents prepared by the Founders Office. Maintain robust documentation, process guidelines, and version control for all MIS and financialdata reports.

Qualifications & Skills Required:



Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline. Preferred: Certifications in Financial Modeling, Power BI, or Business Analytics. 3+ years of experience in FP&A, MIS, or business operations roles in a diversified or multi-vertical organization. Strong understanding of financial modeling, operational planning, and performancebenchmarking. Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Excel; familiarity with Tally, SQL, or Google Sheets preferred. Proven ability to interpret and integrate cross-functional data into strategic insights. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills. Prior experience in the education sector or service operations environment preferred. Self-driven professional with a strong ownership mindset and ability to operate in fast-paced,dynamic settings.
