Senior Executive ? Branding and communication WES
The opportunity Senior Executive? Branding and communication WES will help bring our employee value proposition to life for all EY GDS India people. We are looking for a strong writer and communicator to support the shaping and development of engaging, relevant WES content and messaging for EY people that can be cascaded across service lines and functions. This role will work extremely collaboratively with other WES functions and GDS Ops BMC team members, colleagues across Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC), and various WES stakeholders. Your key responsibilities
- Pull content and information together into drafts for review and approvals and edit as needed throughout the approvals process.
- Support the WES team with standard communication templates
- Create communication calendars and ensures that the communication is rolled out as per the calendar.
- Support delivery of WES programs and initiatives through development and deployment of change management plans and other communications.
- Partner with GDS Ops BMC team to deliver engaging, relevant and timely WES program/initiative content for EY people across our various channels.

- The ability to translate attributes of complex content into business benefits to tell the WES story in a compelling way that resonates with EY audiences and fellow communications colleagues
- Be comfortable working collaboratively, virtually and independently
- Strong internal networking skills: Create productive relationships with internal teams to help develop and implement communications initiatives
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to maintaining the highest standards across all content and channels.
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated understanding of communications and engagement principles and practice
- Excellent proofreading skills, strong attention to detail and ability to communicate clearly to a global audience
- Ability to navigate a matrixed organization and work with a global mindset
- Desire to develop knowledge through new experiences and projects; actively seek out and participate in opportunities to learn
Ideally, you?ll also have
- Ability to present ideas and influence while securing buy-in within BMC and beyond
- Bachelor?s degree (or equivalent area of study or experience) with qualification in public relations, internal communications or corporate communications preferred
