Manage store operations, including inventory management, stock management, asset management (hardware & software), and closing & reporting.
Ensure accurate tracking of software assets using software store module, software asset management or similar platforms.
Oversee the entire lifecycle of software licenses from procurement to retirement, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in store processes and implement changes as needed.
Develop strong relationships with vendors to negotiate contracts, resolve issues, and optimize supply chain logistics.
Desired Candidate Profile
2-6years of experience in Education/Academica/Universities industry with expertise in inventory management, stock management, asset management, software asset management (SAM), closing & reporting.
Strong understanding of similar SAM tools; ability to learn new systems quickly.
Excellent communication skills; ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders.
