Job Summary


We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Relations Representative to join our team. This role is essential in fostering positive relationships with our clients and ensuring their needs are met efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a knack for multitasking in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities



Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing exceptional service and support. Manage calendars and schedule appointments, ensuring efficient time management. Coordinate events and projects, maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders. Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in various systems, including QuickBooks and Google Workspace. Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including filing and organizing financial documents. Provide executive administrative support, including transcription, proofreading, and clerical duties. Handle front desk responsibilities, including managing multi-line phone systems and maintaining a welcoming environment. Utilize Microsoft Office applications to prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence. Ensure proper filing of documents and maintain organized office systems.

Skills



Strong event planning capabilities to coordinate successful gatherings. Proficiency in QuickBooks for financial tracking and reporting. Experience in project coordination to manage multiple tasks effectively. Solid office management skills to ensure smooth daily operations. Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry. Background in bookkeeping to assist with financial documentation. Proven experience in executive administrative support roles. Administrative experience that includes calendar management and customer service expertise. Personal assistant experience is a plus for handling diverse responsibilities. Exceptional phone etiquette for professional communication with clients. High level of computer literacy across various software applications. Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools. Ability to proofread documents for clarity and accuracy. Experience with transcription services to document meetings or communications accurately. Familiarity with clerical tasks such as filing and data management.
