Role and Responsibilities:

• PR TO PO Creation [Excipient vendor procurement]
• Review Pending Indents
• Material dispatch follow-up
• Co-ordination for Vendor payment and New Vendor Creation
• Plant Co-ordination with various stakeholders (Planning, QA, QC, Production & Stores)
• Requalification of vendors - Documentation
• Quality Agreement follow-up - Documentation and Vendor audit
• Co-ordination with ExIm team for Clearance - Documentation
• Arranging for documents for the Dual NOC application for imports of excipients
• MIS preparation
• Auction in case of multiple vendors
• Prepare contracts for high-volume excipients
• Transfers of Non-Moving inventories (intra as well as inter plants)
• Handling rejections, CAPA closures
• Closure of open POs for system hygiene before the MRP cycle

• Min 5 to 10 years' experience in material Excipient or API procurement
