Software Developer / Engineer Basic Function Translate business requirements to automation solutions while adhering to quality standards. Ensure best practices is followed while coding so that other developers can perform maintenance in the same project. Develops tasks / objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand. Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks as per the Project Plan Revert with timelines on fixes of UAT observations. Provide post implementation support to all changes Ensure compliance with company & IT procedure, policies, and documentation requirements (Feasibility study, BRD, Release Notes) across project phases, guidelines around coding standards and development best practices. Ensure Black Box and White Box testing before deploying solution to production Technical Skills Proficient in Microsoft Office. Knowledgeable in Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 or above using .NET 3.5/4.0/4.5 Framework Knowledgeable in any of the following programming languages: VB.net, C#, and Macro. Knowledgeable in any of the following database: MS SQL, MySQL, MS Access, and SQLite Knowledgeable in SharePoint is a plus. Knowledgeable in Microsoft Power Apps is a plus. Must have business Process Orientation with excellent presentation skills. Good written and oral communication skills Process Specific Skills Having worked in a similar job in an IT / ITES company. Good understanding of Technology Trends Work Experience Requirements From 6 months to 2 years of development experience on Microsoft Technologies. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology, Experience in an IT/ITES environment is preferred Education Requirements Graduate, preference for degree in Computer Science/Information Technology (MCA/BS/BE) with industry recognized certifications
