Job Description

Candidate should have experience of 3 to 5 years in EHS in construction company.

Prepare list of EHS material & site infrastructure materials/equipment etc. as per new site mobilization requirements & raise IDN as per timeout

Prepare, update and maintain site inventory for all EHS material including consumables and site infra. Submit updated weekly inventory tracker to EHS coordinator as per timeout

Conduct EHS induction process before workmen enter site.

Conduct project specific EHS training & daily Tool box talk, Monthly R&R Program for entire site team as per EHS MAP

Ensure Daily Site Safety Inspection, Equipment Tagging, timely maintenance of EHS Infrastructure/equipment.

Conduct joint site rounds with project managers/executives to identify potential hazards, EHS non-compliances, violations of HIRA/SOP's and share observation/audit reports.

Supervise daily housekeeping and ensure project site is maintained as per RKIPL standard. Also ensure material is stored in a organized manner and waste disposal is done every 2 hours.

"Maintain & update service records, attendance records etc. for all EHS related service providers (ambulance, doctors, nurse etc.)

Prepare and maintain leave calendar for EHS team to ensure continuous site EHS coverage"

Arrange medical/health camps as per site requirements and maintain all records.

Prepare, Maintain & Submit records of EHS Induction report, Training Reports, TBT Reports, Weekly/Monthly Checklist, Daily Site Visit Report, R&R Report, Good practices, Weekly/Monthly Statistic Report, Equipment inspection report & Audit reports.

Prepare and update site demobilization checklist to ensure return of all EHS material & Site Infra to central store or rental agencies. Update inventory list and submit back to central infra team.

Prepare & collate EHS statistic dashboard and final EHS learnings report before handover of project

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
