As a Senior Executive - E-Commerce, you will be responsible for end-to-end execution of e-commerce activities across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, WooCommerce (our own website), and quick commerce channels like Zepto, Blinkit, and Instamart. This role requires attention to detail, operational excellence, and cross-functional coordination to ensure seamless online performance.
Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce Channel Management
Manage product listings, pricing, inventory, and order flow across Amazon,Flipkart, WooCommerce, and quick commerce platforms.
Coordinate with platform account managers for listing optimizations, issue resolutions, and promotional support.
Ensure timely product launches and accurate catalog updates on all platforms.
Inventory & Order Fulfillment
Monitor stock levels across platforms; coordinate with warehouse and supply chain to maintain adequate availability.
Manage inward inventory to Amazon FBA and other third-party logistics partners.
Ensure smooth order processing and address any platform-related operational issues.
Marketing & Campaign Support
Execute campaigns during key events such as Prime Day, Big Billion Days, etc.
Work with digital marketing and creative teams to ensure alignment between product listings and paid advertising.
Coordinate discounting strategies, promotional offers, and marketing calendar updates.
Customer & Platform Coordination
Track customer reviews, queries, and complaints; coordinate with customer support to improve satisfaction.
Raise and follow up on platform cases or tickets to resolve issues related to listings, payments, or penalties.
Reporting & Performance Analysis
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, inventory, margins, and campaign performance.
Requirements
2-4 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations
Strong working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and WooCommerce.
Experience with inventory planning, product launches, and campaign execution.
Proficiency in Excel and ability to generate detailed performance reports.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in FMCG, nutrition, or wellness categories.
Familiarity with quick commerce platforms such as Zepto, Blinkit,Instamart.
