Roles and Responsibilities of Inside Sales Executive: ? Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to identify selling premium product opportunities through emails, telephone calls, and live website chats ? Research and understand customer needs and tailor premium product recommendations to their specific situation ? Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. ? Perform effective online demos for prospects ? Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and customer referrals ? Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly sales targets ? Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and competitors?

The Senior Executive will also be responsible for conducting market research to identify trends and insights that can inform sales strategies.

- Negotiating contracts and closing deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Providing feedback to management regarding market conditions, competition, and customer preferences.

- Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in the technology or services sector.
