Site Scan is our solution for Drone Data Processing which is hosted in India. The other offerings are to provide our technology on MeiTY approved Clouds with managed GIS services. Esri\'s software comes with numerous AI/ML functions, integration of real-time data and the ability to create 3D models and digital twins with ease. Esri India also partners with third party organizations that provide satellite imagery and other geospatial content. Esri India also partners with Cloud infrastructure providers like AWS, Railtel etc. Esri India has a very strong position of leadership in the government sector with large customer base in both central and state government departments. National Mapping Organizations (e.g., Survey of India, Geological Survey of India, NIC, RGI), forest departments, water resources, land management, SDMAs, Dept. of Space, Regional Remote Sensing Application Centres, State IT and Planning departments etc. are our customers. Apart from this Esri has a strong foothold in enterprise space with its dominance in Utilities, Engineering, Construction, Mining, Manufacturing, BFSI and Logistics Role Overview We are looking to induct a Senior Executive to drive the Digital Sales for selling GIS services of Esri India to USA and overseas customers. We invite candidates to use their proven sales and management success to meet or exceed sector goals for revenue growth within Esri\'s digital sales team especially for GIS professional and Managed Services. The candidate will be responsible for booking services for Esri enterprise customers or potential customer looking for Esri Development services, migration from on-premises to cloud or cloud to cloud in USA. Work involves showcasing our services capabilities, arranging meetings, demonstrations with potential US customers. Job roles and responsibilities: Empower your team. Manage the digital sales activities of Esri GIS services by strategically leading all stages of the account management process, both USA and overseas. Cultivate a virtual team with account managers in USA and India, and cross-functional resources to support Esri GIS services team\'s sales objectives and generate results. Build relationships. Prospect, develop, and implement location strategies for your own portfolio of clients. Establish internal contacts to help enhance customer engagement and success. Build trust and rapport with direct customers, relevant partners, and global distributors. Understand our customers. Identify key stakeholders and business drivers for an organization. Understand customer budgeting and acquisition processes. Use whiteboard digital sessions to support visual storytelling. Be an expert. Clearly articulate the strength and value of the Esri India GIS services as it relates to various industries. Pursue professional and personal development to ensure competitive knowledge. Deliver results. Successfully execute the account management and sales processes for Esri GIS services opportunities. Establish time-driven goals for yourself that are attainable and realistic with clear indicators. Required skillset: Inside Sales - Tele calling and lead generation. Experience with competitive research, analyzing market trends, and developing persuasive messaging for a sales organization Demonstrated knowledge of a variety of industries and new technology trends and the ability to translate this into solutions for customers Expert in negotiating, presenting, and visual storytelling across all levels of the organization Experience with insight selling methodologies, including understanding and mitigating threats Opportunity follow-up and bring it to closure Payment collection Processing order in our System Educate customers on business practices and any associated contractual implications. Ensure customer awareness and understanding of applicable elements of ESRI\'s portfolio. Meet productivity expectations on outbound calls for renewals Accurately forecast business targets and opportunities in territory. Non-negotiable skills Understanding of IT services related digital sales in USA. 5+ years of enterprise sales experience in IT services, IT digital sales market analysis, or business development consulting, having operated in a strategic function within these roles Excellent communication and presentation skills including ability to summarize data/analysis for executive leadership review Strong analytical and research skills, including ability to independently build business case models, conduct market analysis, and make recommendations for sales plans and strategies Good to have skills Knowledge of GIS and Esri Technology
