Role & Job Summary
A Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, executing, and managing various digital marketing campaigns to promote a company's products or services online. They utilize various digital channels and strategies to drive brand awareness, engage with the target audience, and generate leads or conversions.
Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage and optimize online marketing campaigns across various platforms, including search engines, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and effective marketing strategies.
  • Create and manage content for digital marketing campaigns, including website content, blog posts, social media posts, and email newsletters.
  • Monitor and analyze website traffic and online user behavior using web analytics tools to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as graphic designers, content writers, and developers, to create engaging and effective digital assets.
  • Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic to the company's website.
  • Manage and grow the company's social media presence, including content creation, community management, and engagement.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing campaigns, such as conversion rates, click-through rates, and return on investment (ROI).
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and recommend innovative ideas for marketing campaigns.
Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, strategies, and tools, such as SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and web analytics.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing platforms and tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content for digital platforms. Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas for marketing campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
