Job Description

Responsibilities

• Create visual concepts, graphics, and layouts using industry-standard design tools
• Translate briefs, concepts, and narratives into visually engaging designs
• Design assets including social media creatives, marketing collaterals, presentations, and digital content
• Collaborate with account managers, content marketers, and stakeholders to deliver effective project outcomes
• Determine layout, typography, color palettes, and visual hierarchy for optimal communication
• Ensure timely delivery of designs with minimal rework while maintaining quality standards
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices
• Understand video narratives and contribute to storytelling through basic video editing and sequencing (where required)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
• 2-6 years of hands-on experience in graphic design roles
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Proficiency in Figma with a good understanding of UI/UX principles
• Basic knowledge of video editing tools and techniques (editing, sequencing, transitions)
• A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design work (and video projects, if any)
• High attention to detail with a strong sense of aesthetics
• Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly

What Sets You Apart

• Experience with Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro
• Understanding of motion graphics, micro-interactions, and visual storytelling
• Strong grasp of design fundamentals: typography, color theory, layout composition, and usability
• Ability to independently manage tasks and contribute at a senior level
