What this job involves:



As a Senior Executive in Data Analytics at JLL's Work Dynamics division, you'll play a crucial role in transforming complex facility management data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. This position requires you to collect, organize, and analyze diverse datasets across real estate, technical operations, food and beverage, IFM, administration, and construction domains. Your expertise in creating compelling visual dashboards and reports will directly support client requirements while enhancing operational efficiency. This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple stakeholder groups, leveraging advanced analytical tools to provide the critical data foundation that supports JLL's service excellence and helps our clients optimize their real estate portfolios and workplace environments.



What your day-to-day will look like:



Collect and track various facilities management data points from multiple stakeholders within the organization, organizing information for efficient record retention and utilization

Create dynamic dashboards and data presentations customized to specific client requirements using advanced Excel functions and business intelligence tools

Monitor and compile critical operational reports including compliance metrics, EHS data, billing information, and PPM dashboards from site teams

Maintain accurate seat allocation data across multiple client locations, ensuring real-time tracking of space utilization

Utilize JLL and client technology platforms including shared folders and inventory management tools to update, record, and present data effectively

Liaise with diverse stakeholders including administration, sourcing, vendors, site leads, executives, finance, transport, and project teams to gather and validate information

Develop Monthly Management Reports (MMR) and create professional PowerPoint presentations for client meetings and internal reviews



Required Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree from a recognized university

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including V-lookup, H-lookup, slicers, pivot tables, and sheet linking functions

Minimum 3 years of experience in MIS/Data Analytics roles within facilities management, administration, or service industries

Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement

Exceptional attention to detail with demonstrated analytical problem-solving abilities

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and prioritize competing demands

Proficient in PowerPoint for creating professional presentations and reports



Preferred Qualifications:



Knowledge of advanced data tools including MACROS, MS SharePoint, Power BI, or Visual Basic

Experience working with real estate or facilities management specific software platforms

Background in creating automated reporting solutions to improve efficiency

Understanding of corporate real estate metrics and industry benchmarks

Project management experience with ability to coordinate cross-functional data collection

Knowledge of data visualization best practices for executive-level reporting

Experience with data quality assurance and validation procedures
