We are looking for a Senior Executive - Customer Service to handle customer queries, provide timely support, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and experience in handling customer interactions through phone, email, or chat.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
Maintain customer records and update information in the CRM system.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
Follow up with customers to ensure their problems are resolved.
Identify opportunities to improve customer experience.
Prepare daily and weekly customer service reports.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Problem-solving and multitasking skills.
Positive attitude and customer-first approach.
Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline (preferred in Business or related field).
1-2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role.
