Job Highlights
This role requires strong operational expertise to manage end-to-end customer service operations, foster external customer and distributor relationships, and lead digital transformation initiatives to improve efficiency and business outcomes.

• Manage complete sales order processing across domestic, export, indent, and high-seas sales markets (India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal).
• Customer service operations, including intercompany purchase orders, local sales
• Monitor weekly outstanding receivables, follow up with customers, and escalate issues where required. Prepare receivables status reports to achieve targeted DSO and ensure healthy cash flow
• Support complaint management by coordinating internal communication and resolution.
• Monitor sample distribution to global sites and maintain sample inventory.
• Drive inventory planning, logistics optimization, and cost efficiency to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Support ERP migration projects (Axapta to SAP, SAP L4P rollout, ect), including process mapping, data validation, system testing, and user training.
• Contribute to digital transformation projects (RPA, online marketplace adoption) to enhance operational efficiency and customer engagement.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards, customs regulations, and SOPs, proactively mitigating operational risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, both internally and externally, to deliver service excellence and support business growth.

Experience and Skills

• Specific Education : Any Graduate
• Work Experience : 5-10
• Special Skills : Customer Service Excellence: Order management, customer retention, complaint resolution, logistics optimization, inventory planning, receivables management, ERP & Systems: Proficiency in SAP, L4P, data migration, system testing, and training,Process Improvement & Automation: Digital adoption, process optimization, Computer proficiency : Advanced excel, basic word and formatting skills, Collaboration & Communication: Strong team player, effective communicator, problem-solver, and cross-functional collaborator.
