Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our Customer Service & Logistics team, responsible for managing end-to-end supply chain operations, C&F coordination, and customer service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain Management
Monitor and analyze constraint/unconstraint forecasts
Ensure optimal inventory levels at C&F locations
Coordinate with Distribution Manager for timely supply execution
Manage supply status reviews and reporting
C&F Operations
Implement and monitor C&F SOP compliance
Drive timely order billing and documentation
Track POD status and coordinate with transporters
Generate regular performance reports using Power BI
Customer Service
Support CSM in maintaining service excellence
Ensure timely resolution of customer queries
Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
Professional certification in Supply Chain Management (preferred)
Experience
Years: 3-5 years
Industry: FMCG/Chemical/Manufacturing
Systems: SAP(O2C module)
Tools: Power BI, Advanced Excel
Technical Skills
Proficient in SAP O2C processes
Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros)
