We're seeking a Senior Customer Service Executive to join our team and lead customer service initiatives.

Responsibilities:

- Handle complex customer inquiries and resolve issues

- Meet customer service standards and metrics

- Collaborate with teams to resolve customer issues

- Provide product knowledge and support to customers

Requirements:

- 3-5 years of customer service experience

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Language proficiency - English,Hindi,Malayalam

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
