Responsibilities

• Incumbent will be responsible for invoice preparation.
• Tracking, handling & preparation of expenses for all vendor and auditors
• Liaison with clients for invoicing related activities
• Perform various analysis and not limited to:
• Ageing Collection
• Revenue Projection
• Performa Invoice
• Coordinate with client and facility to travel management for critical cases as per requirement
• Submit proforma invoice on time and follow up for invoices and payments
• Maintain various trackers for revenue, proposal, signed proposals
