Senior Executive - Customer Service (B2B Manufacturing)

Qualification & Experience:

Graduate / Post Graduate Minimum

4 years of experience

in customer service within a

manufacturing enterprise

Mandatory experience in

B2B sales support

Strong hands-on experience in

SAP order processing

Roles & Responsibilities:

Generate

Proforma Invoices

and process

sales orders in SAP

Coordinate with

PPIC team

to obtain dispatch schedules Communicate order status, dispatch timelines, and delivery schedules to customers Pre-sales coordination with the sales team, including: Sample dispatch request entry Sample dispatch confirmation to the sales team Follow up with customers for

payments and outstanding receivables

Handle and resolve

customer complaints

effectively Prepare

Monthly MIS reports

covering: Sales by geography Customer-wise and commodity-wise analysis Margin analysis Organize and coordinate the company's participation in

international food ingredients exhibitions

Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with

key customer accounts

Key Skills & Competencies:

Excellent

spoken and written English

communication skills Strong customer relationship management skills Working knowledge of

SAP

(mandatory) Ability to work closely with sales, production, and planning teams Strong analytical and reporting skills
