The primary KPI\'s of this resource will be.

• Handle a set of approximately top 40-60 accounts of the branch & the KPIs broadly will be.
• Conduct regular structured monthly meetings quarterly QBR with the customer.
• Document each & every meeting, send them MOM with action items & closure timeline fixing responsibilities.
• Chase internal RI teams to close all open issues notified by customers within the agreed timeline & take closure sign-off from customers.
• Remain vigilant of any competition movement happening in the account & raise the red flag on time for the branch to handle any probable churn.
• Promote RI products & services in the account & upon any lead generation, the lead to be routed to the account manager.
• Resource to carry a lead generation target & will be incentivised accordingly.
• Own key Customer Success metrics, including customer health, renewals, upsell as well as churn across your set of accounts & derive concrete measures to drive business results & elevate our customer experience.
• Own escalation management as well as the overall support & services relationship with our customers. This will ensure tracking key operational metrics while identifying and remediating any pain points.
• Form strategic relationships with key stakeholders to understand our customer\'s business within their industry & develop strategic roadmaps for how Rentokil Initial Hygiene grow\'s with them.

Requirements:

Graduate or Post Graduate in Business Management or equivalent as a Customer Success Professional.

Minimum 2 years of customer-facing experience, interfacing with executives & a wide range of customer stakeholders, ideally in administration, facilities management.

Traveling Extensively and min 4 Client visit in Day.

Good English Communication Skill

Preferred Sales and Facility Management Personnel.
