This role is pivotal in building meaningful overseas relationships, managing outreach, and ensuring a smooth pre-sales experience from introduction to onboarding.Key Responsibilities- Conduct outbound communication to initiate and build client relationships across US/EU regions.- Understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams for tailored solutions.- Manage pre-sales activities: requirement gathering, product introductions, sampling, and onboarding.- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure timely follow-ups.- Act as a bridge between clients and internal departments for seamless communication.Education: Graduate in Commerce, Arts, Business Administration or similar; postgraduates welcome.Experience: 1-3 years in international client engagement, presales, or business development.Freshers with strong English skills are encouraged.Language: Fluent English with a neutral accent.Attributes: Proactive, Composed, and Client-focused with Strong communication skills.Skills & Requirements- Excellent spoken and written English- Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication- Organized, self-driven, and detail-oriented- CRM and MS Office proficiency- Comfortable working night shifts (aligned with US/EU hours)Additional Information6 days WHO.Look for early joiners.
