Role Overview:
We are seeking a self-motivated and proactive Senior Executive - CRM Marketing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our lead database, driving engagement through digital marketing channels (email and WhatsApp), and ensuring effective lead handling through our in-house CRM system. Responsibilities:
Upload, organize, and manage leads in the in-house CRM from multiple sources including:
Online business platforms
Trade fairs & exhibitions
WhatsApp & email inquiries
Conduct first-level follow-up via phone, WhatsApp, and email for every new lead. o
Design and execute email marketing campaigns using CRM tools.
Plan and monitor WhatsApp marketing activities to enhance customer engagement.
Prepare and share professional sales quotations for qualified leads.
Track and report lead progress, conversions, and customer interactions through the CRM system.
Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to support marketing campaigns.
Maintain a clean, updated, and segmented CRM database for effective communication.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Marketing, or Business Administration.
1-3 years of relevant experience in CRM, digital marketing, or inside sales.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools like Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent.
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
Ability to multitask, follow up promptly, and manage time efficiently.
Detail-oriented with a proactive and go-getter attitude.
