We are looking for a creative designer to create and implement designs across media (Digital Banner, Social Media Post, Emailers, etc) aligned with brand guidelines and business objectives He/she will be part of the marketing team and closely work digital, offline, and social media teams Key Responsibilities Study design briefs and determine requirements. Create and implement clean pixel perfect digital designs for Digital Banner, Social media posts, Emailers, Newsletters, product illustrations, animations etc Collaborate with teammates, designers, and content writers to deliver best-in-class creatives in support of our business objectives. Adaptation of TV Ads in various format such as 9:16, 1:1 etc for Digital campaign Work with cross functional teams agencies. Research industry related topics to implement the design strategy. Skill and Competencies Minimum experience of 3 year in a designer role. Familiarity with design, software, and technologies. Well versed with Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator, After Effects, Photoshop, etc is a must. Strong design skills including a meticulous eye for visual composition, typography, colour and layout. Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio. Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Good understanding of brand identity, product packaging and multimedia design. Education and Experience: Any Graduate Pertinent arts/design degree
