Role Overview:
We are looking for a high-performing and strategic
Corporate Sales Specialist
with experience in B2B SaaS sales to drive revenue through partnerships with HR heads, L&D leaders, and CXOs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of solution-based selling and the ability to build lasting relationships with corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in the corporate/B2B space, especially mid-to-large enterprises.
Own the full sales cycle - from prospecting and pitching to negotiations and deal closure.
Target HR, L&D, and leadership teams to sell Edify.Club's upskilling and learning solutions.
Build a robust pipeline via outbound efforts (LinkedIn, cold emailing, networking) and nurture inbound leads.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Product, Marketing, Customer Success) to tailor solutions and ensure high client satisfaction.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets and KPIs.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor landscape, and market shifts to refine sales strategies.
Represent Edify.Club at industry events and webinars as needed.
Key Requirements:
2-3 years of B2B sales experience in a SaaS or HR-tech environment is
mandatory
.
Strong understanding of consultative/solution selling and experience dealing with mid to senior-level decision-makers.
Proven ability to manage long sales cycles and complex negotiations.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven startup environment.
Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus.
Preferred Experience:
Previous experience selling to HR/L&D departments or familiarity with the learning and development landscape.
Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
A strong existing network in the HR or corporate learning ecosystem is a bonus.
