What this job involves:



Ensure monthly attendance & In out for (all Genpact Sites) to be shared with Ikon Team



Ensuring new Vendor getting their Log-In credential on Vendor portal to upload and view the Audit documents & report



Compliance & Statutory documents to be uploaded on Client specified portal for Client Audit



Compliance & Statutory documents to be uploaded on Vendor portal for Internal JLL Audit



Client Audit report to be shared with Vendor and get closure for all NC points to increase scores.



Work on all NC points & ensure all pending to share with client



Internal Audit Interim report to be reviewed and shared for Closure of NC Points by Site SPOC



Follow-up with the site SPOC & vendor partner for improve the Audit score



CLRA Return details to be shared with Client



Follow-up with the sites to arrange the CLRA Half Yearly details



Minimum Wage revision to be shared commercial team for implement on site



Connects with Site team on their responsibility and discussion of compliance report for closing NC points



Procuring CLRA License - JLL/ Vendor whoever is applicable as per Client RC and sharing with Site Team



Follow-up with the eligible vendor partner to get CLRA Licence from Labour Department



Compliance Process / Induction training to new accounts & vendor partners



At the time of closure of any Site - Initiate surrendered of CLRA Licence and informed to region SPOC



Procuring Closure from All Vendor partners in case of any Labour Inspection and sharing it with Client. Also coordinate with region SPOC for JLL closure



Single Point of Contact for all Compliance related Issues / escalations



Sounds like you? This is what we are looking for:



Extensive experience in facility, property or related field

Graduate with 3-4 years' experience with proven track record in the risk and compliance with a history of achieving service excellence. Sound knowledge of Labour Compliances, Provident Fund, ESIC, Gratuity, Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act, Labour Law etc as applicable.

Strategic thinker who can deal with ambiguity and solve complex problems effectively

Excellent communicator with organisational and presentation skills
