Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and proactive candidate for Commercial Managementto manage the complete tendering process from opportunity identification to bidding closure.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing documentation, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with tender requirements, and driving successful bid submissions within tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end tender process - from planning to submission and post-bid follow-up. Review tender documents, check compliance, and coordinate with internal teams for inputs. Prepare and format technical and financial bids as per tender requirements. Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant bid submissions. Respond to pre-bid queries, attend Bid meetings, and track tender updates or amendments. Maintain a database of submitted tenders and awarded contracts. Handle post-bid clarifications and support handover to the execution team. Assist in process improvements and template/document standardization.

Candidate Profile

3-5 years of hands-on experience in tender management and bid coordination, especially in government and institutional sectors. Experience with tender portals like GEM, CPPP, eProcure, and other sector-specific platforms is essential Understanding of tendering processes, documentation, and compliance requirements. Proven ability to manage end-to-end bid cycles independently. Good coordination and communication skills (verbal and written). Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to meet tight deadlines. Familiarity with government procurement norms and financial bid structuring. Ability to learn new skills & readiness to adapt the same. Preference: Candidates who worked with Telecom, IT, Services, Projects and any technology industry with similar profile.

Pay: ?500,000.00 - ?700,000.00 per year
